Jason Currie is currently a senior geologist leader at Point Bar Energy LLC. Jason is leveraging his past 20 years as an exploration geologist to pursue new energy resources. His work interests aim to understand the complexity of subsurface systems with an emphasis on marginal-marine environments. He focuses on organizing investigative field strategies and mapping formations utilizing the latest technology with various industry datasets. Jason also enjoys hiking the mountain trails, flying drones over outcrops. Jason received a bachelor’s degree in Geology from Texas Tech University, a master’s Degree in Geology from University of Oklahoma and a Energy Management degree from Oklahoma City University.
